5-Star Luxury Arrives in the West: Pullman Sydney Penrith Launches Monthly High Tea Ritual

Publicity Content posted 14 July,2026

SYDNEY — Western Sydney’s premium dining scene continues to reach new heights, with the region’s first international five-star hotel, Pullman Sydney Penrith, introducing a monthly high tea experience. Held on the first Sunday of every month, the new offering brings an elegant, afternoon ritual to the heart of the Panthers Precinct.

Hosted at the hotel’s ground-floor Tori Café & Bar, the curated event blends contemporary sophistication with classic French pastry techniques. Guests can expect a beautifully styled tiered tower featuring delicate sweets alongside refined, seasonal savoury bites.

Western Sydney has a new monthly ritual worth dressing up for and it’s happening at the Pullman Sydney Penrith.

On the Menu

The culinary team at Tori has designed a balance of textures and premium local ingredients. Highlights from the launch menu include:

  • Sweet Selection: Freshly baked profiteroles and an array of delicate, classic French desserts and seasonal pastries.

  • Savoury Tier: Gourmet egg and truffle finger sandwiches alongside crisp corn & Manchego croquettes.

  • Beverages: Unlimited premium tea and coffee are included in the base price.

For those looking to elevate the occasion, a $16 upgrade adds two glasses of Prosecco per person.

Given the hotel’s prime position alongside the home of the Penrith Panthers, the venue also offers a distinct atmosphere where high-end gastronomy meets local sporting culture. Guests might just find themselves sitting a table away from a familiar NRL face enjoying a weekend macaroon.
