Taking place across the weekend of 22nd and 23rd November 2025 the festival welcomes guests to experience the vibrant flavours, music, and traditions that define Lebanese culture, all in the heart of Haymarket.
The Trader’s Bar will come alive with the flavours of Najla’s Lebanese Street Food, offering a menu that celebrates Lebanon’s rich culinary traditions. Guests can enjoy shawarma in three varieties including lamb, chicken and falafel all served on hand-made saj bread, using age-old traditional methods passed down through generations. Complementing the main dishes are signature dips such as hummus, baba ghanoush, and toum, alongside refreshing sides like tabouli, sumac onions, and jewelled cracked wheat pilaf.



Visitors will be able to explore multiple pop-up food carts, featuring a variety of starters including Kibbeh, Sambousek, Spinach Triangles and Fattoush, alongside savoury mains such as Bamieh bil Lahame, Riz Bil Sh’arieh, and Lamb Kafta served with traditional sides.
To sweeten the celebration, iconic dessert favourite BuBooza, known for its signature stretchy ice cream and mixed Lebanese sweets, will be popping up at Hay St Market during the festival. For those who fancy a tipple, Almaza Lebanese Beer will also be available. Visitors will also be able to enjoy 20 Halal certified traders at Hay St Market across food and beverage, including favourites such as Gozleme, Wan Chai Wok, Burger Box and plenty more, providing a diverse range of authentic, high-quality dishes that cater to a variety of tastes and preferences.
The Lebanese Festival at Hay St Market promises a weekend full of flavour, rhythm, and culture, showcasing vibrant décor, live Arabic music, drummers and belly dancing.
