SYDNEY, JULY 2026
This July, Sydneysiders are invited to discover a different side of French wine.
As part of Bastille Festival 2026, Taste FranceTM will transform East Circular Quay into an immersive celebration of Vin De France wines, bringing together guided
tastings, daily masterclasses, wine cocktails and some of France’s most exciting wines for four unforgettable days beside Sydney Harbour.

Running from 16 to 19 July, the Taste France x Vin De France Wine Bar will become one of the festival’s signature experiences, inviting visitors to sip, learn
and explore the incredible diversity of French grape varietal wines in a relaxed and approachable setting, all while Sharing the Joy of Life.
Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or simply curious to discover something new, discover French wine that’s easy to enjoy and made to be shared. Just great
wines, good conversation and the French art of living.

Discover France One Glass at a Time
At the heart of the activation is Vin De France, a designation that empowers French winemakers to experiment with the unexpected and create wines that are expressive, approachable and full of character. By allowing winemakers to source grapes from across France, Vin De France celebrates the diversity of French wine through grape varieties Australians already know and love, while bringing a breath of fresh air to the French wine landscape.
Combining French savoir-faire with the freedom to blend grapes from across France’s diverse wine regions, Vin De France celebrates creativity in every glass.
Imagine a crisp Chardonnay from the North brought together with a rounder Chardonnay from the South to create a unique and approachable wine profile, made to discover, enjoy and share. Think vibrant Chardonnay, crisp Sauvignon Blanc, fruit-forward Pinot Noir, elegant Grenache and bold Syrah-Shiraz, all crafted with one simple philosophy: Share the Joie de Vivre “Joy of Life.”
Visitors will be able to discover wines from renowned labels including La Belle Angèle, Tussock Jumper, Louis de Camponac, Vincent Gérard, Roc de l’Abbaye, La Java Rouge and La Petite Perrière.
