Join us for an exceptional afternoon in The Dining Room as we present A Journey Through Burgundy ~ a one-day-only wine lunch hosted by two of Australia’s most respected wine specialists, Tim Stock and Andrew Guard.

“Together, they will guide guests through the nuances of one of the world’s most revered wine regions, with Tim leading the exploration of White Burgundy, while Andrew shares his expertise across the great Red wines of the region.”

Thoughtfully paired with a six-course seasonal menu by Chef Ben Sitton, each course has been designed to complement and elevate the character of these remarkable wines.

This is a rare opportunity to experience a curated selection of Burgundy wines ~ showcasing both precision and depth ~ brought to life through the knowledge, stories and perspective of two  leading voices in the Australian wine landscape.

  • All pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable.
  • 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments
  • On The Day Payments: All additional items purchased on the day are to be settled in full at the conclusion of lunch.
  • Service Charge: A discretionary 10% service charge will be applied to your total bill on the day, including prepaid set menus .
