New menu & extended trading hours
A New Year brings new dishes and extended trading hours!
To take advantage of the glorious, long summer days, from 14th January we’ll be extending our Sunday service to include dinner.
Explore our new menu featuring highlights like Chris Bolton’s exquisite coral trout crudo, indulgent lobster tagliolini, and the rich flavors of our Murray Cod infused with authentic Sardinian flavours. Pair these dishes with a glass of crisp Vermentino as you relax, unwind, and take in the breathtaking view of Freshwater Beach.
