This series of courses/wine experiences is being presented in Sydney as part of a series of “wine education classes and experien ces” for serious “wine aficanados” who may wish to work as wine sommeliers in the Hospitality sector..as well as persons either working in the Wine trade or working in the HORECA sector after vocational training. *

Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and we will seek to not only impart knowledge ,but provide “the key” to un- derstanding the clsssi cation of wine and demystify the wine world . There will be a limited amount of Trade and Professional information available for course participants. Introduc-tion – The intensive and interactive classes typically have a duration of 3-4 hours and offer the opportunity to taste 10 -12 quality Fine Wines. A prerequisite for these classes assumes some elementary to intermediate wine knowledge,.. including recognition of grape varie- ties and wine regions plus basic understanding of vini cation and elementary wine culture.
