Ready, Set, Dough! Brooki Bakehouse pops up at T2 Domestic

Sydney Airport is about to get a whole lot sweeter, with much-loved cookie brand Brooki Bakehouse set to open a pop-up store at the T2 Domestic terminal.

Opening in early November, the pop-up will be the first location for Brooki Bakehouse outside Queensland, giving passengers the chance to pick up the brand’s famous pre-packaged cookies and a selection of merchandise as they travel through Australia’s busiest domestic terminal.

Mark Zaouk, Group Executive Commercial at Sydney Airport, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Brooki Bakehouse to Sydney Airport and to be the first location outside Queensland for the brand. The pop-up will add an extra touch of fun and flavour to the T2 experience and is another example of us creating memorable moments and convenience for passengers as part of our broader food and dining strategy.”

From classic choc-chip and indulgent Dubai Chocolate to gooey brownie-inspired creations and limited-edition seasonal flavours, passengers will be able to enjoy a wide range of treats. They can also snap up fun merch — think caps, hoodies and tote bags — to take a piece of Brooki Bakehouse wherever they go.

Brooke Bellamy, Founder of Brooki Bakehouse, said: “We asked our community where to open our first shop outside Queensland – and Sydney came out on top! Now passengers can grab a Brooki cookie and take it with them wherever they’re headed around Australia.”

Brooki Bakehouse is the latest addition to Sydney Airport’s line-up of much-loved and emerging food brands, giving passengers even more choice on the go. Whether they’re craving a sweet bite before their flight or hunting for the perfect gift to take home, Brooki Bakehouse offers a delicious send-off before boarding.

The Brooki Bakehouse pop-up will launch at T2 Domestic within the food court in early November and will run for six months.
