Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking during a press conference in Paris, said that the death of Russian opposition politician Alexey Navalny is proof that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a murderer:
Today’s events show that Putin is a murderer. And this is just not some indication. It’s absolutely clear that he’s a murderer, and there are no more secrets about it.
It’s a statement of fact, a very clear signal that can be conveyed to leaders — that we’re witnessing a murderer running for elections.
People who vote for him must clearly understand that they’re voting for a murderer and will be choosing a murderer as their president.
And people who currently have economic ties with this person must understand that they’re profiting — regardless of their leadership level — from blood money because they have contracts with a murderer.
And people who congratulate the president on his victory after the elections must know that they’re legitimizing a murderer.

I am heartbroken to learn the news about Navalny, the largest Russian opposition leader and the one who worked for years to unmask Putin’s corruption, being killed in prison.
This shows how weak the Russian Federation’s leadership is.
Strong leaders do not fear constructive criticism, they embrace it.
Putin was so afraid of Navalny that he never mentioned his name out loud when asked questions about Navalny. Not even once did he pronounce his name out loud.
Navalny was against the war in Ukraine and wanted to end it. Quick reminder – how much of the Europen Union, US, Japanese and Swiss (and many more countries) money (billions) is being invested to fight Puitn in Ukraine., so we better aim to end this war sooner, so focus our money on better investments like climate change, education, economic growth and many others.
This is my money and your money being spent to fight one highly corrupt old man sitting in the Kremlin.
I have done an internship in Moscow and got to know many wonderful people, now I see almost all of them left Russia to live and work abroad. I know many Russians all around the world and so many feel heartbroken about the current events and Navalny.
The movie about Navalny won the Oscar a year ago, it is worth for you to watch the trailer if you haven’t seen it yet:
I truly dream about Russia being a democratic, prosperous, and free country. One day, I truly hope for it.
Until then, we don’t give up, as Navalny suggested.
This is my personal stance.
I chose a location in the Arctic, where Navalny was kept in prison and killed. It used to be a Gulag colony, one day I will tell you more about my family and their Gulag experience. One day you will learn more why this injustice triggers me so much.

According to the official information of the FSIN Alexey Navalny died today in the colony.
If this is true, then regardless of the formal cause, Vladimir Putin is personally responsible for premature death, who first authorized the poisoning of Alexei and then put him in prison.
Deep condolences to Alexey’s family and relatives.
I urge everyone at noon on March 17 to come to the polling stations and write Alexei Navalny’s name on the ballot.
