Build customer confidence with honest promotions

When promoting your products or services, make sure your advertising is clear, accurate and easy for customers to understand.

This includes:

  • using genuine customer reviews and testimonials
  • being accurate about where products are made
  • displaying prices that include any additional charges
  • making comparisons that are fair and based on facts.

Clear and truthful advertising builds trust with your customers and helps them buy with confidence. It can also help you avoid penalties for misleading or deceptive conduct.
