The rhythms, rich flavours, and lively culture of Ukraine take centre stage as UkiFest Sydney arrives to Darling Harbour this Saturday (14 March), bringing a vibrant celebration of Ukrainian culture to Tumbalong Park.

This energetic community festival celebrates the richness of Ukrainian culture with a full day of performances, food and family-friendly experiences, including:
- Live music and dancing: Traditional Ukrainian music and high-energy Kozak dancers perform to showcase the country’s cultural heritage from Lehenda Ukrainian Dance Company and Zahrava Ukrainian Youth Association Dance Ensemble.
- Authentic Ukrainian cuisine: Let your taste buds travel to Ukraine with delicious delicacies at the UkiFest Bazaar.
- Arts, crafts and culture: Browse souvenirs stalls featuring handcrafted Ukrainian goods and explore an art exhibition showcasing giant Ukrainian Easter Eggs, a striking symbol of Ukrainian heritage.
- Moment of solidarity: The festival will also feature a special solidarity with Ukraine moment, bringing the community together in support of Ukrainian culture and resilience.
- After Dark Program: Kalush Orchestra, boundary-pushing Ukrainian band blending hip-hop, folk motifs and modern production, will headline the After Dark program, delivering a dynamic evening set that promises electrifying rhythms.

UkiFest is part of Darling Harbour’s Culture Alive Festivals series for 2026. Running from March to May at Tumbalong Park, these vibrant free events are a unique opportunity to connect with global culture and experience the city’s multiculturalism.
