With Easter approaching, The Star Sydney is unveiling one of the city’s most interactive Easter dining experiences, led by Cucina Porto’s immersive culinary journey by Chef Martino Pulito. Designed as a playful garden-to-table moment, the experience invites diners to personalise their dishes with curated garnishes presented tableside before concluding with a roaming dessert cart of handcrafted dolcetti.

“Easter is about gathering with family and friends and celebrating the season,” says Chef Martino Pulito. “We wanted the menu to feel playful and interactive, with a garden-inspired moment at the table where guests can personalise their dish and enjoy a little theatre.”

At the centre of the experience is Chef Martino’s “Richiamo alla Natura” garnish tray, presented tableside and allowing guests to complete their dish with seasonal flavours of their choice.

Signature dishes from the Cucina Porto Easter experience include Risotto ai Funghi Porcini & Zafferano, a creamy porcini and saffron risotto finished with aged Grana Padano, and Pizza alla Zucca e Taleggio, topped with Taleggio D.O.P, roasted butternut pumpkin and sage. The experience concludes with Chef Martino’s Garden Dolcetti, a roaming dessert cart of handcrafted petit sweets designed to add a playful finale to the meal.

Beyond Cucina Porto, The Star Sydney will come alive with its whimsical The Enchanted Garden installation, creating a vibrant seasonal atmosphere at The Aqualume, guests gather with family and friends across the Easter period.

As a 24-hour dining and entertainment destination, The Star will also present special Easter menus across its signature restaurants including BLACK Bar & Grill and Sokyo.

At BLACK Bar & Grill, standout dishes include Prawn Toast with fennel pollen and nduja ash, the 48-hour dry-aged Flounder with applewood, garden carrot and ruby grapefruit, and the indulgent BLACK Mess, featuring a dark chocolate disc, whiskey caramel, chocolate soil and smoky espresso ice cream.

At Sokyo, guests can enjoy highlights such as Sashimi Moriwase, Moreton Bay Bug Inaniwa Udon with crustacean butter, finger lime and shiso-chive oil, and a refined Matcha Cheesecake with chocolate crumble and matcha dust.

With immersive dining experiences, seasonal menus and the enchanting atmosphere of The Enchanted Garden, The Star Sydney offers a refined way to celebrate Easter with family and friends across the precinct.
