Long Weekend Inspiration: Embrace Autumn with great food, family fun and unforgettable experiences

According to the WebJet 2026 Travel Trends report, 59% of Australian travellers are more likely to spend their money on better accommodation, experiences & attractions and food & dining, over splurging on upgraded flights. This highlights a growing preference for travel that prioritises convenient, memorable, experience-led stays – reinforcing the increasing demand for hotels that combine great dining, entertainment, and accommodation all under one roof.

Hyatt Regency Sydney is leaning into this with a line-up of dining, hotel experiences/packages and limited edition collaborations perfect for Autumn and the Easter Holidays, designed for both locals and visiting guests.
