The Home of Originality: The Rocks Markets
No visit to The Rocks is complete without a journey through its world-famous markets. Open every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the markets are more than just a place to shop; they are a celebration of creativity and community.
Beyond the curated collection of locally-designed fashion, handcrafted jewelry, and unique homewares, the markets offer a rich sensory experience. This week, artists from the markets will be participating in a special Pop-Up Art Cube on September 13th at Dawes Point Park. Here, visitors can watch live art creation and even contribute to a collective art piece. The market atmosphere is also amplified by the “Sounds of the Markets,” with live buskers and musicians creating the perfect backdrop for your browsing. It’s an opportunity to discover one-of-a-kind treasures, meet the passionate makers behind them, and support Sydney’s vibrant artisan community.
