Our on-time performance has already improved significantly in 2024 and our cancellation rates are close to pre-COVID levels.

Value airfares – We continue to offer some of the best value airfares in the market for business travellers. Virgin Australia Business Flyer members can save up to 6% on eligible domestic Virgin Australia flights.* Members can also get discounts on international business flights through our global partner airline network, including up to 10% off fares with United Airlines^ on eligible flights.
Bonus Velocity Status Credits and more Reward Seats – Velocity Frequent Flyer is offering up to 125 bonus Status Credits when members activate and fly two or more eligible Virgin Australia flights before 28 March 2024.~ The program is also offering Reward Seats on approximately 80 per cent of Virgin Australia domestic flight departures which shows the value of Points and where they can get you.
Baggage tracking network-wide – Innovation has always been a hallmark of Virgin Australia and we are proud to be the first Australian airline to offer baggage tracking across almost our entire domestic and international network.**
New fleet and aircraft improvements – We are bringing more fuel-efficient Boeing 737-8 aircraft into our fleet, and we are investing over $100 million in upgrading our existing fleet to include the features you value most, like in-seat power and Wi-Fi.
International network – You can now fly to over 600 destinations around the world through Virgin Australia and our partner airlines which now include All Nippon Airways, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and United Airlines.
