TAKE A VIRTUAL HOLIDAY

Dear READERS
This week’s loyalty pack will take you from the south of Spain, via Italy, to the bayous of New Orleans and back to France for a very special Bastille Day menu.AND we can now deliver to the Upper North Shore and Hills District. Interested? Here’s what we have planned:

  • 19 June: we’re off to Spain to enjoy an array of seafood tapas, including the best garlic prawns you’ve ever tasted, just add your own Sherry and Flamenco;
  • 26 June: enjoy summer in Sardinia with Giovanni Pilu from Pilu at Freshwater, who’ll teach you how to make fresh malloredus pasta (a local specialty). Served with clams, bottarga and zucchini flowers, this simple dish will become a firm favourite.
  • 3 July: celebrate American Independence Day (Fourth of July) with a New Orleans-style seafood feast. Be transported to N’Awlins with spicy blackened fish sizzlin’ over wood fires on the shores of the bayou and crunchy battered oyster po’boys drippin’ with spicy remoulade … it’s a great excuse to get a few friends together. BYO bourbon and jazz!
  • 10 July: celebrate Bastille Day a few days early with a very special French menu featuring a classic recipe from the late chef Tony Bilson (OAM), dubbed ‘The Godfather of Australian Cuisine’. Tony’s baked snapper with a delicious herb oil, saffron and anise will show you just how easy it is to create an impressive whole fish centrepiece with very little effort. There’s a deliciously simple prawn bisque to start, plus our chocolate mousse recipe to whip up for dessert.

Next week’s tapas kit goes on sale on Monday. Order a loyalty pack now to secure yours early. Order now for yourself or as a gift.

Click here for a list of all delivery suburbs (we’ve installed new software to help with this extended delivery radius so please give us a shout if you experience any problems).

Remember you can add a bottle (or 2) of our excellent house riesling or pinot noir from Logan Wines if you’re collecting from Sydney Fish Market or getting home delivery. You can also collect from Harris Farm Bondi Beach, Drummoyne, Lindfield, Manly, St Ives, Potts Point, Newcastle, Orange and Bowral and Sydney Fresh Seafood Wetherill Park.

Here’s how our Loyalty Pack works:

  1. It guarantees your SSS@Home kits for the next 4 weeks at the current price of $45 per 2-person kit (just $22.50/person).
  2. Delivery is available from $19/week to these suburbs. Save $19 on delivery in any week you add a $65 Parisi mixed fruit & veg box. Otherwise free collection from Sydney Fish Market or the above Harris Farm Markets.
  3. Shiona from our team will be your customer support contact for any questions or adjustments to orders (like adding an extra kit on certain weeks or varying delivery or collection details). Email her or call 9004 1122.
  4. If you have a loyalty pack that includes next week – please don’t order another one for yourself yet, you’ll get a chance to renew when your current one expires.

We’re looking forward to exploring the world’s cuisines with you and your family and hope that our Loyalty Packs make it even easier for you to enjoy your Friday feasting. Thanks so much for your support.
