Peters Meats  are a family owned Retail Butcher Shop with a strong focus on customer service and providing quality produce. We have been serving the community for over 30 years. We value all of our customers and will strive to ensure all your needs are met. From cutting meat the way you like it, ordering specific types of meat or providing general advice on how to best prepare and cook your meat.

Located  in the  Heart Of Maroubra in Pacific Square

(opposite the Maroubra Seafood Market)

They  are proud to supply only free range Pork from Queensland and Victoria. We have a Dry Ager stocked full of Watervale Grass Fed Rib Eye for that special occasion. All their sausages are made on our premises offering a variety of over 20 flavours, using only natural casings and quality ingredients. 

They also stock a large range of meat rubs, marinades, sauces, fresh pasta, pastas sauces and other condiments to compliment your meal.

Cowra lamb Lamb Cutlets

Lambs produced in the Cowra region have the reputation of being the best lambs in Australia. The genetics in the breeding are second to none. Put with that the ideal pastures and fodder crops grown in the region make for Cowra Lamb to have the qualifications to boast this title.The product is dressed exceptionally, always chilled down with no variation in temperature and each lamb is marked for each individual customer. Their  shop life is also credited with being the longest in the industry.

Pure Black Angus, Black Onyx beef. Black Onyx MB3+, long-fed pure Black Angus beef is THE marbled beef all others are compared to. It’s special because it’s pure, and pure Black Angus beef is fairly hard to come by.

Black Onyx beef has a marbling score of 3 and higher. This impressive beef is the result of close partnerships with pure Black Angus breeders to ensure all Black Onyx cattle exhibit exceptional marbling when long fed with our specialised vegetarian grain ration.
