We trust you’re keeping safe and well. You may now be aware that sadly we had to postpone the 2020 Moro Spanish Film Festival. Although PalaceCinemas are starting to reopen, we won’t be in a position to deliver the festival again until 2021 but promise that when we do, it will be worth the wait.
Until then, please keep connected by following us on Facebookor Twitter. PalaceCinemas will be reigniting the Festival calendar for the remainder of the year and details of the Italian Film Festival and the MINI British Film Festival won’t be too far away. We’re sure there’ll be something in both programs you’ll want to see so be sure to look out for details!
¡Hasta pronto en el cine!

Spanish stars in the French Film Festival
The Alliance Française French Film Festival was cut short due to Covid-19 but will return to PalaceCinemas from July 14 – August 4. Amongst the films on offer is The Translators, with Spanish actor Eduardo Noriega (Perfect Strangers, A Gun in Each Hand, Open Your Eyes), amongst the international cast.
The Translators is a classic whodunnit in the vein of recent hits Knives Out and Murder on the Orient Express. When the first 10 pages of a top-secret manuscript appear online, the publisher suspects foul play from one of the 9 language experts hired to translate the book in isolation…and will go to any length to unmask the culprit.
