Feel the music from your head to your mistletoes this Festive Season!

The City of Stonnington is thrilled to announce the return of TWO of Melbourne’s most loved FREE Christmas concerts; Family Christmas at Central Park on 11 December 2022 and Carols at Como Park on 18 December 2022.

From the idyllic outdoor settings of Central Park and Como Park, each Christmas concert will be led by Musical Director Casey Bennetto, featuring some of Australia’s finest vocalists and the stunning South of the River Choir.

Family Christmas at Central Park is set to bring together a much-needed night of Christmas joy to be enjoyed by the whole family. Hosted by Michelle Brasier and featuring outstanding guest performances from Rob Mills, Gillian Cosgriff, Shauntai Sherree and Mike McLeish. This free concert presents jolly children’s activities, roving entertainment, delicious food trucks, and Christmas carols.

Carols at Como Park is hosted by Eddie Perfect and features outstanding guest performances from Lucy Durack, Aurora Kurth and Bert LaBonté. This free concert presents a merry and bright experience for family and friends with roving entertainment, delicious food trucks, Christmas carols and an incredible pyrotechnics display set to classical music that will light up the sky with the festive spirit.

Both Central Park and Como Park will be transformed this Christmas into vibrant destinations for everyone wanting to celebrate Christmas together, expect a wonderful experience plus a special visit from Santa!

Overflowing with a holly, jolly Christmas spirit, all are welcome to attend and celebrate the festive season with us. Proceeds from the sale of candles and concert programs will be available for purchase on the night. All proceeds go to the mayor’s selected charity- Very Special Kids.

So warm up your vocal cords, dust off your Santa hats, start planning your eco-friendly picnic, and bring your family and friends to join in on these spectacular Christmas concerts in the City of Stonnington!
