Class of the Week: Spanish!

Each week, we will be showcasing one of our fun cooking classes in more detail, to help you get a better understanding of what we have on offer at the iconic Sydney Seafood School!

Today, we are showcasing our fantastic Spanish class, a long-time favourite…

In this class, guests get a chance to whip up an array of Tapas, plus one of Spain’s most representative dishes – Paella!

The Tapas dishes are a few of our favourites, and perfect to have in your back pocket to impress at dinner parties or to pull together for casual drinks. In this class you’ll make some super simple garlic prawns, fragrant fried sardines, and a fresh roasted red capsicum salad.

The Paella portion of class will see you working with a range of seafood species, including mussels, crab, squid, and prawns. You are guaranteed to leave our Spanish class with a full stomach, and a range of skills that you will use in the kitchen for years to come!
