Bar Topikós: New Bar Menu + Happy Hour
Topikós, meaning local, is the embodiment of modern Greek dining in Bondi.
Lead by Culinary Director Joel Bickford, Executive Chef Danny Corbett & Head Chef Charles Woodward, Topikós boasts a menu that perfectly balances the best of contemporary Greek cuisine with Australian influence, produce and honest simplicity.
Our menu features a substantial list of meze, encouraging sharing and group dining, a real vegetable section, a charcoal grill and woodfire oven for everything from deliciously fresh seafood and the very best homemade Pita this side of the Aegean.
The drinks program is a short, sharp list of 60 wines, with 20 by the glass, showcasing a proper mixture of Greek, Italian, French and local Australian winemakers. The drinks at Topikós celebrate the abundance of fresh ingredients that are found throughout the Mediterranean, we’ve got a drink for everyone.
Leading the interior styling of Topikós, Anna Hewett has created a modern, clean and light approach to the room. The room features concrete, rough render, fossilised stone, earthenware ceramics, and mid century light fixtures which are key to the space. The Greek key icon inspired stepped window frames and a marble mosaic chefs bench opposite rendered banquet seating the length of the dining room anchor the space.
