Studio by Miraval Wraps Up Sydney’s Month of Music Workshops
Iconic French Rosé Funded Free-To-Book Music Workshops for Emerging Artists
SYDNEY, POSTED -23 October 2025:
This past October, STUDIO by Miraval once again partnered with Brightside Studios in Surry Hills, where it successfully ran a free-to-book rotating workshop program designed for Sydney-based music artists.
Following the success of the 2024 partnership, which had provided emerging artists with two weeks of funded studio time, this year Miraval expanded its commitment by developing a comprehensive music workshop program. The sessions covered all the essentials needed for those looking to establish themselves in the music industry.

Throughout October, six free workshops were hosted, focusing on Recording Vocals, Music Production, Spoken Word, Song Writing, Finishing Tracks, as well as a dedicated Q&A session on Getting into the Industry. To ensure artists got the most out of each session, participants were invited to register their interest via a short form, which helped match them to the right workshops for their skills and interests. Successful applicants then received an Eventbrite link to confirm their spot. All workshops remained free-to-book, intimate in size, and were hosted in a fully equipped studio space with complimentary bottles of STUDIO by Miraval on hand.

The Industry Experts Who Shared Their Knowledge
The artists engaged to host the workshops included:
- KLP: The singer, songwriter, DJ, and producer was known for her infectious energy and genre-blending electronic-pop sound.
- Ben Miller: The DJ and producer made waves in Australia’s blossoming house scene with his percussive grooves and catchy synths.
- Nyaluak Leth: The poet and performance artist explored identity and belonging through language, movement, and sound.
- Lucy Lucy: The singer-songwriter was known for touring as Peking Duk’s live vocalist and blending soulful vocals with raw, emotive storytelling.
- Stu Turner: The producer and DJ was best known as one half of Sydney electronic duo Set Mo.
DJ and vocalist Lucy Lucy spoke highly of the collaboration, stating, “I was honoured to work with Miraval again this year! It was great to see a brand with such an impact repeatedly supporting Australia’s emerging artists! I even booked in myself for KLP’s session; she is an absolute machine and has such a wealth of knowledge to learn from.”

Continuing a Musical Legacy
The ongoing support for upcoming artists in Australia stemmed from the iconic Miraval Studios. Nestled in the heart of the Château Miraval Estate in Provence, the studio was founded in 1970 by well-known jazz pianist and composer Jacques Loussier. Since then, the studio has hosted a wealth of music icons such as Pink Floyd, AC/DC, and Jimmy Barnes, and today, Miraval extends that heritage by supporting a new generation of artists in Australia.
Emilie Blanc, Country Manager of Miraval for Australia, commented on the program’s importance, saying, “Music is an integral part of Miraval’s brand history, so it was important for us to be able to support upcoming music artists here in Australia. We look forward to supporting more emerging artists who are looking to get their start in the music industry!”
Emilie added, “The 2024 campaign actually resulted in one of our artists releasing a full album, so we are excited to see what doors the workshops opened for artists in 2025.”
