The Wait Is Over – Full Program Released!
We are very pleased to announce the full program of the 44th Greek Festival of Sydney. On behalf of the Organising Committee of the Greek Festival of Sydney, we invite you to visit our website for the full schedule where you can find out more about each individual event and purchase tickets.

It’s never an easy thing to bring together a community festival and yet we have a program with highlights including the powerful play 18/9 direct from Greece, the delightful Ioulia Karapataki who will be performing at Greek Fest@Darling Harbour, a spanakopita feast in Marrickville presented by Kiria Dina… and our treasured Writers’ Festival presented by Helen Vatsikopoulos. How am I supposed to choose which events to highlight for you?? I feel so pleased that our program is full that it’s not easy to decide!

I’d like to thank all the volunteers who helped us get to this point, our sponsors and Greek-Australian businesses who continue to support us and cheer us on. We would not be here without the Greek Orthodox Community, our ‘kinotita’ remains firmly committed to the Greek Festival of Sydney, ensuring that we are still providing a space where Greeks come together to listen, debate, eat and dance… just like we have been doing for thousands of years.
