BRAIDA WINERY

PIEDMONT

Braida was established by Giacomo Bologna in 1961. After visiting France he started working with the then unfashionable local grape variety Barbera, believing that with careful handling and quality oak treatment, he could produce a quality wine. Since that time the winery continues to be regarded as producing Italy’s greatest Barbera styles.

TEDESCHI WINERY

VENETO

The Tedeschi family have been involved with Italian winemaking for nearly four centuries. The wines are a combination of power and elegance, exemplifying the range of styles produced in the Valpolicella appellation. Since releasing one of the first single-vineyards wines from the zone in the early 1960’s the winery has placed great focus on highlighting the characteristics of individual sites.
