Worth the wait, and from the excellent 2018 vintage, our 6th Nebbiolo release is something else. A darker, more textural version, riper red fruit with those heady floral aromatics this variety gives in spades plus a coiled tension.
Firming up our production technique with long gentle reductive maceration and élevage in large format oak to capture the purity of Nebbiolo and allow a slow phenolic complexation and evolution.
